Marleen Cloutier is an Assistant Professor and the Cataloging and Metadata Librarian for the University of Scranton’s Weinberg Memorial Library. She facilitates access to Library resources by directing and overseeing the Library’s Cataloging Department, catalogs materials in all subjects, formats and languages, and maintains the accuracy of the Library’s online catalog. She has a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Drexel University with a concentration in Digital Libraries, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Scranton, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Interests and Expertise: cataloging, digital libraries, information management, bibliographic enhancement, improving access to hidden collections, Open Educational Resources (OER), library programming, exhibition design, human resources management, change management.
