Reporting Accessibility Issues

We continuously strive implement best practices to improve the accessibility of our digital platforms. If you experience difficulty accessing content on our website or encounter a digital accessibility barrier in using other campus technology, we encourage you to report the issue so we can address it promptly.

Under “Case Type”, choose “other” and complete the “Case Details” section of the intake form, and the Reporter Details in case we have questions and need to reach out for more information. When reporting an issue, please include:

  • The URL of the page where the issue occurred, if applicable; course information, if the issues is in Brightspace; or other identifying information of there the issue is located.
  • A description of the problem· The assistive technology or browser you were using (if applicable) and
  • Any additional information that may help us identify the issues and the location.
