Current First-Year Student Housing Selection

General Information

All first-year residential students are required to live on campus during their sophomore year.  Each residential student will be provided access to the housing selection system in their housing portal.  Commuting students who wish to live on campus during 2024-2025 should contact the Office of Residence Life ( as soon as possible.  Participating students will be provided selection times randomly and choose housing in groups of 4.  The on-line housing process will take place on Thursday, April 18th at 3:00 p.m.

Rising sophomore students will select housing from Condron, Gavigan, and Redington Halls.  These buildings are comprised of "quads" which are two double bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom. Rising sophomores may also have the opportunity to select 4-person spaces in the Madison Apartments. There are a limited number of these apartments which do come at a higher cost.
