The Center for Health Education & Wellness (CHEW) promotes wellness in mind, body and spirit. We're dedicated to providing high quality, evidence-based programs and resources designed to support you on your wellness journey. We can't wait to see you at our events on campus! 

Spring 2022 Events 

Jan 31st- Weekly Wellness Classes for Students, Staff & Faculty Start. Classes are in-person. Masks required. 

  • Monday- Mindfulness Meditation- 5:00-5:30pm Library Room 305
  • Tuesday - POUND 6:00-6:45pm Bryon Gym Royals Room 
  • Wednesday- Lunchtime Yoga Flow 12:15-12:45pm  Bryon Gym Royals Room 
  • Thursday- Energizing Yoga 5:00-5:45pm  Bryon Gym Royals Room 

February 14th- 15th Annual 4- Week Fitness Challenge. Registration Closed. 

February 25th- Late Night Glow& Dough Event. Cookie Dough to Go and Glow Yoga 8pm 

April 4th- 3- Week Hydration Challenge- Printable Water Tracker 

April 21th- Suicide Awareness Speaker 7pm

May 9th-16th - Stress Less Week Events 

May 15th- Study Smoothly Late Night Event 8pm 

May 16th- Light Night Finals Breakfast- Fresh Food Company
