Steven Szydlowski, DHA

EXCELLENCE IN ADVANCING GLOBAL LEARNING

This award is given to a faculty member who demonstrates noteworthy academic leadership in integrating international issues and perspectives into the curriculum and through whose efforts students have acquired competencies, attributes and insights required to meaningfully and successfully participate in an increasing interdependent world. Dr. Steven Szydlowski, from the Department of Health Administration and Human Resources is this year's recipient.

Dr. Szydlowski has designed and facilitated study abroad courses for the Master of Health Administration graduate students. He has connected the PCPS mission of theory to practice for our MHA graduate students in Brazil, Slovakia and Mexico. He has recently been elected Chair of the Global Healthcare Faculty Forum associated with the Association of University Programs in Health Administration
