Requirements for Candidacy

The Society of Accounting Students is open to all accounting majors and minors. Annual dues are $10. The group meets one to two times per month, with the location depending on availability.

Membership Duties and Benefits

  • Members are required to participate in 75% of all club professional activities and 75% of all club community service activities
  • 1-3 community service events during the course of each semester
  • Networking opportunities

  • Resume and interview help
  • Professional and internship panel discussions
  • Professional speakers from different areas of accounting
  • CPA Exam informational sessions and mock CPA exams
