Connect with Others
- Call a good friend you haven't talked to in a while.
- Video chat with a friend or family member (using Zoom, FaceTime, or House Party).
- Look through your old or your family's/friend's photo albums - comment on some photos and tag family/friends to reminisce!
- Challenge friends (or yourself) to a Harry Potter Digital Escape Room.
- Attend a virtual event or club meeting! Why not try something new?

- Play an online video game with a friend.
- Listen to an audiobook.
- Find a new or favorite playlist and dance!

Develop Yourself
- Start learning a new language.
- Take a deep dive into how something works.
- Watch a documentary about a new topic.
- Write down your passions and goals.
- Start a journal and reflect.
- Learn more about St. Ignatius, the founder of the Jesuits.
- Take an art class.
- Animator Mo Willems hosting daily cartooning classes.

- The Art Sherpa has paint classes available for free!

Connecting to Student Life Offices

Campus Ministries (IG & Twitter: @uofsministries) – Fr. Keller, Fr. Rodgers, and the entire Campus Ministries team remains available to offer support to students. They have added various resources to their website.
Career Development (IG &Twitter: @uofscareers) – The Career Team is ready to work with you! They’ve got ideas on how you can use this time to work on your career development. To schedule a meeting with a career coach, log in to Handshake at scranton.joinhandshake.com and select “Appointments.” Choose a time that works best for you and a career coach will contact you.
Center for Student Engagement (IG & Twitter: @uofs_cse) – The Center for Student Engagement staff is eager to work and support USPB and student clubs/organizations this year as we continue to adapt to new methods of community building and event planning. Center for Health Education & Wellness (IG: @uofshew): The CHEW team looks forward to continuing to work with our amazing Peer Health Educators to help students prioritize wellness this semester. Counseling Center (IG & Twitter: @uofscc) – The Counseling Center is providing mental health services for the purpose of routine follow-ups, support, consultation, or assistance. The Counseling Center will be providing their services, as much as possible, through the use of telehealth. Counseling groups are also available. Cross Cultural Centers (IG & Twitter: @janekopas; IG: @scranton_multicultural & Twitter: @ScrantonMC) – The Cross Cultural Centers are open! Maria and Jose are available to connect via e-mail, phone, or Zoom with students for support or to talk through ideas.
Dean of Students (IG @scrantondeanofstudents; Twitter @lscottrivera) – Dean Rivera will host weekly Drop In Hours for Students on Fridays from 12-2pm. Additionally, Dean Rivera, Assistant Dean of Students Shannon Murphy Fennie, and Student Life Coordinator Kim Curran are all available via phone and Zoom for student meetings!
Residence Life (IG: @scrantonreslife and @uofs_occsl) – Residence Life staff remain available to students for support and assistance. If you have a question, please call the Office Monday-Friday between 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at (570)941-6226 to speak with a staff member. Alternatively, staff can be reached via email at res-life@scranton.edu.
Vice President for Student Life (IG: @scranton_vpsl) – Dr. Davis, Vice President for Student Life, continues to be available to students while working with the Division of Student Life to support students during this difficult time.
