Staying on Campus

Can my children stay with me?
Regrettably, the University does not have the resources to provide childcare for families during Reunion Weekend. However, if you are planning to stay on campus and want your children to accompany you, contact the Alumni Office alumni@scranton.edu to learn more about the Bring Your Own Babysitter program.
Children under 18 and babysitters are invited to stay for free.

Do I need to bring my own sheets, towel, etc.?
The University will provide basic sheets, towels, a blanket, and a pillow. If you wish to bring any other items, you are welcome to do so.

How many people can stay together?
Guests can request to be placed in suites or apartments in groups of four. You may ask to be near other guests, but we can only accommodate up to four people in one suite/apartment. If you have more than four people in your party, we will do our best to make sure you're next to or across from one another.

What is the cost to stay on campus?
The cost to stay on campus is $75 per person for Saturday night. You must be registered for the Saturday Evening Celebration to stay on campus. There are also a number of area hotels to choose from. For more details on housing for the weekend, visit the Accommodations page.

When will I know where I will be staying?
You will receive your housing assignment when you arrive at check-in for Reunion Weekend.

Where can I pick up my housing keys?
You will receive your keys when you arrive at check-in for Reunion Weekend. Guests will not be permitted to pick up keys for friends/roommates.
