IGNITE Student Leadership Conference
Saturday, February 22, 2020
The IGNITE Student Leadership Conference, hosted by the University of Scranton's Center for Student Engagement, is the premier leadership conference open to all college students in Northeast PA. Focused on personal growth and development, the conference holds sessions about a broad range of leadership topics, including communication, problem solving, team building, having difficult conversations, communication across difference, and identity development.
We are pleased to announce that our featured speaker will be World Record Holder, 5x TEDx speaker, world championship athlete, and one of the youngest coaches ever to be awarded the US Lacrosse Coach of the Year, Alex Weber. His keynote, Failing Forward to Success, focuses on facing fears, embracing challenges, and overcoming failures with passion, commitment, focus, and perseverance.
