Thomas G. Concannon
Dr. Concannon, of Mountain Top, was named visiting assisstant professor in the Physics and Electrical Engineering Department. He previously worked for 17 years as a software applications consultant and applications engineer instructor for Synopsys, Inc. He earned bachelor's degrees in mathematics and physics from The Pennsylvania State University, a master's degree in mathematics from Lehigh University and a doctorate in physics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has also taught math and physics at King's College, Elon College, Wake Forest University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
