Program Highlights

To support and advance nonprofit organizations through a comprehensive and academically rigorous leadership program. This program is focused on providing high potential leaders with the knowledge and insight required to enable their nonprofit organizations to achieve and sustain their respective missions and ensure positive community outcomes.

Each participant will be paired with a mentor to provide specific insights and guidance to enable the participant to create an effective career work plan and access meaningful networking opportunities within Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Support will be provided by The University of Scranton’s Kania School of Management Dean, Faculty, Graduate Assistants, and Business Leadership Honors Students.
