Dr. Jeongil Choi
Jeongil Choi is currently a full professor of information system and service operations management at Soongsil University, Seoul, Korea and he was an assistant professor at the Merrimack College, North Andover, MA, USA. He received his Ph.D. in management from University of Nebraska at Lincoln, USA. He also worked for Korean Information Society Development Institute and INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. He has been playing the role of a vice president of the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration and former president of the Korea Society of IT Services. He is also an editor-in-chief of Korea Business Review and associate editor of International Journal of Quality Innovation.
His current research interests include IT-based service innovation and design, e-business strategy, and service operations management. He has published in various journals including Total Quality Management and Business Excellence, Service Business: An International Journal, Journal of Computer Information Systems, and International Journal of Electronic Business.
