Enterprise Application Services (EAS) provides support of the Ellucian Banner software. EAS provides departmental support to improve utilization and efficiencies of the Ellucian Solutions and explore new technologies that will enhance staff, faculty and student success. We will help to align the institution goals with initiatives that will result in productivity.    

Our services include:

ERP Application Support/Reporting

EAS provides support of the Banner ERP to meet the operational and regulatory requirements of the University. EAS maintains custom applications to support the administrative functions of the University for the administrative and academic needs.

EAS provides departments with assistance in building datamarts and supports the University’s reporting tool, Argos, a web-based, report writing tool that enables access to data stored in our Enterprise database and output in a variety of formats including csv files, banded reports, dashboards, and OLAP cubes. It contains built-in functionality for scheduling and delivery for automating the delivery and distribution of reports.  Use of Argos allows the University to leverage the information contained in our databases for more efficient and effective decision-making.

ERP Development Integration

EAS builds and supports integration between the University’s ERP and “cloud” or third party, hosted applications used by departments for their daily operations. EAS will assist your department with vetting software to ensure secure means to interface between our ERP and the third-party product.

Business Process Improvement

EAS will assist with improving your offices' procedures to improve efficiencies that will provide our customers with a better campus experience.

Our collaborative efforts with departments include, but are not limited to, implementing existing Banner functionality, evaluating “cloud” or third party products, or assisting in leveraging technology to streamline processes.
