Seyed Navid Shahrouzi, Ph.D.

Seyed Navid Shahrouzi, Ph.D., has been named an assistant professor in the Department of Physics and Engineering. An electrical engineer, educator and researcher, he most recently served as assistant research professor and assistant teaching professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Colorado. Previously, he was a lecturer at several institutions of higher education in Iran. Dr. Shahrouzi has been a reviewer for professional journals and conferences. His work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, he has presented at numerous conferences, and he is a member of many professional associations. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics-electrical engineering from K.N. Toosi University of Technology, Iran, a Master of Science in electronics-electrical engineering from the University of Guilan, Iran, and a Ph.D. in engineering-electrical engineering from the University of Colorado.
