Corinne Alice Flynn

Writing Center Coordinator

Corinne Nulton

As Writing Center Coordinator, I manage the daily operations of the Center. I organize outreach efforts to connect students with academic support services and work closely with faculty to provide workshops that help students develop into strong academic writers across the disciplines.  I also oversee a team of CLRA certified writing consultants who meet one-on-one with students to help them develop their reading and writing skills. In addition to responding to student inquiries, I design and lead tutor training, develop resources to support writing across the curriculum, and assess Writing Center programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of students.

I recently completed my Ph.D. in Composition and Applied Linguistics at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I also hold an M.F.A. from Wilkes University and a B.A. in English from the University of Scranton. Beyond my work in higher education, I serve as the drama and poetry editor for Door Is Ajar, an online literary magazine, and contribute short stories to the annual Night Bazaar anthologies.
