PARKING

A designated parking area will be available to our delegates in the Redington Parking Lot. The lot is located at the corner of North Webster Avenue and Ridge Row.  University Police will be at the location to assist you with parking.

CHECK-IN

Delegates are invited to check in and drop off their regalia at the John Long, S.J. Center between 10:00 a.m and 10:30 a.m. There will be plenty of staff available to assist with regalia when the time comes.

ACADEMIC ATTIRE

All delegates in the academic procession are expected to wear academic attire. If you do not have a cap and gown, please contact the school or organization you are representing so that they may provide you with the necessary academic regalia.

ACADEMIC PROCESSION

Delegates will assemble in the John Long, S.J. Center. We will have stanchions and staff in place to ensure the proper lineup. The processional line-up will begin at 10:30 a.m., the procession will begin at 10.40 a.m.

INAUGURATION LUNCHEON

All guests are welcome to join us immediately following the ceremony on the Founders Green for a luncheon to continue celebrating the Inauguration of President Marina.
