The University of Scranton has a number of facilities that are ideal for hosting meetings and events of all sizes. Spaces vary from intimate 20-person conference rooms to a multi-use space with a capacity for 4,000 guests.

Most meeting spaces on campus are fully mediated, equipped with the following technology:
- Smart podium with touch screen control system and microphone
- Dedicated computer
- Network, laptop, and PC connection capability
- Ceiling-mounted projector and screen
- Wi-Fi access
