Graduate Student
As an undergraduate, I was the first sophomore student in The University of Scranton's history to compete in the American College of Sports Medicine Quiz Bowl, and continued to do so as a junior and senior.
As a senior, I along with some of my classmates, presented our study titled "Influence of Acute Resistance Training on Memory, Executive Function, and Mood," which has more recently been published officially.
Became a Certified Personal Trainer
I also completed training to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. This allowed me to practice at several local facilities training clients ranging from high school performance-based athletes to geriatric adults just trying to improve their health.
Earned Master's in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition
I continued helping my clients from all over the world achieve their fitness and health related goals through my online personal training service throughout my Master's of Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition with focus in dietetics at Marywood University, from which I graduated in May 2022.
Studying to Become Physician Assistant
Immediately after graduation, I began the next chapter of my education at Marywood University, pursuing a Master's of Physician Assistant studies as a part of the Class of 2024. I look forward to combining my backgrounds of personal training, nutrition and dietetics, and training in medicine to provide the highest quality of healthcare for my future clients and patients.
