Information for Health Promotion majors

The Field Office assists Health Promotion majors with applying for clearances as well as potential site placement. The office partners with CastleBranch, a company that facilitates background screening services for university students in certain majors.

Clearances

You are required to have the following valid clearances:

Visit the Pennsylvania State Police - PATCH website (opens in new window). (Can be applied for directly through CastleBranch.com)
Visit the IdentoGO Fingerprints website (opens in new window). (code: 1KG6ZJ)
IdentoGO will email you a link. Be sure to save the document. The link works one time only and will expire.
Visit the Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance website (opens in new window).
Tuberculosis test - Can be completed by private physician or Student Health Services. Visit the Student Health Services website (opens in new window).

Note: Clearances remain valid for one year from the date on the document.
