Information for Counseling Majors

The Field Office assists counseling majors with applying for clearances and potential site placement. 

Clearances

Current clearances are necessary before a student begins work at any University-affiliated site.

Note: Clearances remain valid for one year from the date on the document.

For information about the clearances that you'll need, please select your academic program:

Undergraduate - Counseling and Human Services

Undergraduate students are required to have the following clearances: 

Graduate - Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling

Graduate students in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Rehabilitation Counseling programs are required to have the following clearances:

Graduate - School Counseling

Graduate students in the School Counseling program are required to have the following clearances:
