Clearances for Kinesiology Students

Kinesiology students are required to have the following clearances:**

There are costs associated with the clearances/documents that you must acquire

IdentoGO Fingerprints (code: 1KG6ZJ)
- IdentoGO will email you a link. Be sure to save the document -- the link works one time only and will expire.
Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
Pennsylvania State Police - PATCH

Note: Clearances remain valid for one year from the date on the document.

Clearances should be uploaded to Brightspace Dropbox KNES Student Clearances and Forms Dropbox.
In addition to the three clearances above, Kinesiology students will also be required to provide certification for CPR/AED/First Aid.
