Pennsylvania Roster Artist Leigh Pawling maintains a studio in Kingston, PA. As a painter, she uses systems of mark-making to explore the symbolism of numbers, vertical lines, circles, the figure in motion, and nature. Based on the writings of Jesuit poet Gerard Manley Hopkins, S.J., the title of her exhibition refers to the authentic sanctity of things and experiences.
