Employee Use of Facilities

University employees can reserve facilities (excluding The DeNaples Center and the Retreat Center) for social events that are for employees and/or their immediate families (spouses, children and parents) on a space available basis at 50% off established rates. Rooms can be approved 6 months prior to the date if available along with Catering services.

Use of the Grounds for Wedding Photos

There is no charge for photos taken outdoors on the University grounds; we only ask that Public Safety be contacted prior to the date for informational purposes only. A reservation is not required.
