FALL 2019 Masterclasses and Clinics

Educational events for fall 2019 will include masterclasses, clinics, open rehearsals, and presentations which the university offers free of charge to local musicians, music teachers, and music students.
(Check back for additional information on educational events being planned with legendary jazz historian & musician Loren Schoenberg, violinist Kako Miura, trumpeter Chris Jaudes, and more.)

A masterclass for singers ages 16 and older, focusing on Great American Songbook/standards/jazz.

Improvisation Masterclass
Masterclass with Erica von Kleist (click artist name for bio information) for instrumentalists aged 16 and older (all instruments), who are beginning or early intermediate improvisers.

Ages 18 and older (student musicians 14-18 years of age welcome if accompanied by their parent or music teacher.).
