Clearances
Undergraduate - Counseling and Human Servicesplus or minus
Undergraduate students are required to have the following clearances:
- Pennsylvania State Police - PATCH (Can be applied for directly through CastleBranch.com)
- IdentoGO Fingerprints -- for a school setting (code: 1KG6RT) or any other entity (code: 1KG6ZJ)
- IdentoGO will email you a link. Be sure to save the document -- the link works one time only and will expire.

- Use package code UM54 to begin your application and complete your requirements
- Depending on your field site, you may also be required to complete a 10-panel drug screen. Use code UM54dt.

Graduate - Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling plus or minus
Graduate students in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Rehabilitation Counseling programs are required to have the following clearances:
- Pennsylvania State Police - PATCH (Can be applied for directly through CastleBranch.com. Select reason: Other)
- IdentoGO Fingerprints (code: 1KG6ZJ)

- Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance (select reason: Volunteer)
- Tuberculosis test - from private physician or Student Health Services
- Professional Liability Insurance (ACA or HPSO)
