Podcast Studio
- The studio does not offer editing software. Please edit the audio and video files in a separate location to free up the space for recording.
- Users must bring in their own external storage device to save any files that are created. Files will not save to university equipment.
- Studio is set up for immediate livestreaming of podcast content.
- Do not exceed capacity of 5 individuals in the studio.
- All content produced in the studio must be free of any hateful rhetoric and/or offensive material towards any individuals, groups, institutions, etc. Any amount of this content will be reported, and the university holds the right to revoke access.
- Do not remove or permanently alter any equipment present in the studio space. Report any damages or issues before continuing to use the equipment.
- The studio and all accompanying equipment must be kept clean and organized at all times. All equipment must be account for at the end of each session.
- The studio is not to be used for recreational purposes. Plan sessions accordingly to not obstruct scheduling and disturb other users of the space.
- While using the studio, loud and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Follow respectable limits on recording volume and overall operation.
- It is prohibited to state that personal content produced in the studio is officially affiliated with and/or representative of the University of Scranton in any capacity, unless said content is approved by the university beforehand, or is made in cooperation with verified university personnel.
