Graduate and Continuing Education Services
Graduate and Continuing Education Services (GCES) provides non-traditional students with programming that meets their professional and intellectual needs. We provide comprehensive support and always seek new ways to serve the changing needs of our non-traditional learners.
Located in St. Thomas Hall, 5th Floor, Office 5117, our knowledgeable and helpful staff members are prepared to answer questions about our programs and assist students in becoming better acquainted with our many resources. They will also provide applications and other documents regarding academic life and can aid students seeking graduate assistantships and financial assistance.
Ours are distinctive programs and our graduates are men and women of distinction. They live and work in places all around the globe. But no matter where they are, they are lifelong members of a distinguished family, Scranton alumni.
Continuing Studies for Adult and Non-traditional Learners
Many talented people have been able to make great strides in their careers without the benefit of a bachelor's degree. Further advancement, though, may be difficult or impossible without one.
The University of Scranton opens its doors to you. We recognize that going to college for the first time or returning as an adult can be daunting. We understand the issues you confront. We know how to provide a nurturing environment for our non-traditional learners. At Scranton, you will have advisors and mentors who will guide your progress.
