Meetings and Events
In Person:
- Meetings and events can include dining options. Masks are optional for individuals attending meetings and events regardless of vaccination status, unless required by the individual or department organizing the meeting or event. See the University's mask policy.
Health and Safety Reminder
- Departments or groups planning events should direct attendees to the Campus Health and Safety Measures for the latest safety requirements, especially those in place for the visitors and guests.
Requirements for Outside Groups Staying on Campus
- All groups must provide a health and safety plan that must include the following:
- Provisions to address positive cases, including contact tracing, notifications, isolation, quarantine
- Requirement for daily health screenings; and
- Organizing overnight group attendees into clusters or pods as much as possible.
- All groups must abide by the Campus Health and Safety Measures, including all posted signage, prevention and enforcement.
- Groups must identify a COVID-19 contact person who will be responsible for the following:
- notifying the University of any symptomatic attendees or attendees who test positive after arrival; and
- responding to any concerns or complaints about non-compliance with the Campus Health and Safety Measures.
