CMS Training 

The Office of Marketing Communications is responsible for all CMS training and support. We offer group training sessions periodically throughout the year. 

Basic training for new employees and anyone who needs a refresher is usually offered on the third Friday of the month. 

Other training sessions are typically offered once or twice a semester and are announced through emails to all CMS users. The sessions include:

  • Managing Your Content in the CMS
  • Writing for the Web
  • New Features in the CMS

To register for basic CMS training, please submit a ticket through the CMS Service Desk.
If you are a new CMS user, you will also need to submit a request for access to the CMS through Royal IT Support.
