I started working at The University of Scranton just about a year ago, and although I started remotely, coming to the University and having Fr. Pilarz as President was like coming home. His abundant love and care for the entire Scranton community was a light in the dark year that we all faced together. I wish that I could have gotten to know Fr. Pilarz more personally, but despite the distance, I will always feel a strong connection to him, his love for Scranton, and his call to us all to not waste the love we have been given. I will keep his words and memory close to my heart.
