Submit a Work Order Request
To submit a Work Order to Maintenance Operations:
- Faculty and staff: Log into my.scranton. On the Employee tab, under Employee Links, select Facilities Management and click on the Create/Review Work Order link.
- Resident Assistants: Log into my.scranton. On the Students tab, under Student Links, select Student Resources and click Submit a Work Order.
- Heating or cooling repairs
- Minor electrical issues
- Plumbing clogs
- Other minor maintenance
How to submit a Work Order:
All work orders should have the following information entered:
- Event date
- Event time
- Event location
- Contact Person with contact information (ie phone number, email)
