Submit a Work Order Request

To submit a Work Order to Maintenance Operations:

  • Faculty and staff: Log into my.scranton. On the Employee tab, under Employee Links, select Facilities Management and click on the Create/Review Work Order link.
  • Resident Assistants: Log into my.scranton. On the Students tab, under Student Links, select Student Resources and click Submit a Work Order.

Submit a Work Order for:

  • Heating or cooling repairs
  • Minor electrical issues
  • Plumbing clogs
  • Other minor maintenance

How to submit a Work Order:

Work orders should be submitted no later than 7 days prior to event start date.

All work orders should have the following information entered:

  • Event date
  • Event time
  • Event location
  • Contact Person with contact information (ie phone number, email)

Email your set-ups and/or drawings when you submit your work order to mauri.walsh@scranton.edu
