Registered Behavior Technician and Behavior Analyst

Hello! My name is Jenna Inman (soon to be Monroe!) and I am a current RBT and Behavioral Analyst from Bismarck, ND. I work in a clinical setting that works with clients from ages 4-18! We focus on Natural Environment Training and Discrete Trial Training, depending on the client and their individual treatment plans.

I established myself in the Applied Behavior Analysis field back in 2020 with many years of daycare and kid camp experience before that. During this time, I worked as a Direct Service Provider and an RBT to get those full-time hours during the school year, but quickly realized that being an RBT was my preference and passion.

It didn't take too much for me to consider the University of Scranton as I LOVE "The Office" and loved the chance of having the opportunity to come visit campus and Scranton, PA! My plans after graduation are to STUDY, STUDY, STUDY, and begin my career locally or remotely, depending on the options available as North Dakota is still new to the field.

Experience at the University of Scranton

I loved the easily accessible Modules and course schedule that Scranton had to offer. The cohorts are small enough to where you feel a part of a "classroom experience" without feeling lost amongst the crowd. Having the open option to have and maintain correspondence with Dr. Jensen was great as well. I felt comfortable and confident emailing or messaging her my questions and appreciated her quick responses during my time here at Scranton. I'm so thankful us this experience and couldn't be happier for my future!
