The Center for Health Education and Wellness (CHEW) strives to build a healthier campus community. In keeping with the Jesuit philosophy of Cura Personalis, we are dedicated to the promotion of wellness in mind, body, and spirit. Through a variety of health promotion and wellness resources and programs we encourage and support students, faculty and staff as they gain knowledge, practice skills, and form habits to lead healthy and balanced lifestyles.

9/4 Weekly Wellness Classes Start- Mindfulness Meditation, Energizing Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Hatha Yoga
9/4 & 9/5- Royal T.A.P.S Teaching Alcohol Preparedness for First Year Students

10/24 & 10/25- Depression & Anxiety Screenings (Collaboration with Graduate Student Counselors)
12/3-12/7- Stress Less Week : De-Stress Events, Giveaways and Positivity All Week!
12/3 CHEW & USPB Stress Less Fest- Kick-Off Event 4-7pm
12/4 & 12/5- Free Chair Massages 11-2pm
12/6- Study Smoothly Late Night Smoothie Giveaway, De-Stress Stations & Blessing of the Brains with Campus Ministries
