Linda Neyer Takes New Position

On July 26 our Evening Public Services Librarian, Linda Neyer, left to take a position at Bloomsburg University as Reference Librarian/Science and Health Sciences Subject Specialist. Linda began working at the Weinberg Memorial Library part-time in September 1998, and moved into a full-time faculty position in August 2000.

 

She was also the library liaison with the Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Exercise Science Departments and the Dexter Hanley College.

 

Linda would like to thank all her colleagues at the Weinberg Memorial Library and the University of Scranton. Although she is leaving she will remain active in the local library community. Bloomsburg University will be joining the Northeastern Pennsylvania Library Network as a full member this year, and Linda will be assuming the role of NPLN President.
