CMS Training
The Office of Marketing Communications is responsible for all CMS training and support. We offer group training sessions periodically throughout the year:
- Basic training for new employees and anyone who needs a refresher is offered once a month, or on demand with video recordings of training sessions. 
- To register for basic CMS training, please submit a ticket through the CMS Service Desk. The link to the Service Desk is on the "Web CMS Resources card" on the homepage of the MyScranton portal:
 
- If you are a new CMS user, you will first need to submit a request for access to the CMS through Royal IT Support. The link Royal IT Support is on the "IT Support" card on the MyScranton homepage:
 
 - Other training sessions are typically offered once or twice a semester and are announced through emails to all CMS users. The sessions include:

 - Writing for the Web
 - New Features in the CMS
