July 2019 Campus Update
In January 2019, The University of Scranton submitted its Self-Study Report and required documentation to the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and our Peer Review Team members. We are not only proud of this document, but of the breadth and depth of campus participation in the self-study process.
Following submission of the report, the University community hosted members of a Middle States' Peer Review Team on Sunday, March 3 through Wednesday, March 6. During this visit, members of the Team met with individuals and groups to verify, clarify, and add to their understanding of our Self-Study Report and the University's mission and life, preparing a summary report detailing their findings regarding the University's compliance with MSCHE accreditation standards and other requirements. On June 27, 2019, the University's accreditation was reaffirmed by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, bringing our self-study process to a successful completion.
