Staff Changes

We would like to welcome several new employees to the Library staff. First, Robert Weaver joined the Reference Department in July as Evening/Weekend Supervisor Public Services Librarian. Robert recently completed his Master’s of Library Science degree at North Carolina Central University.

 

Also joining us this past April is Deborah Zenzal as Library Services Clerk.

 

Daenel A. Vaughn-Tucker joined us in July as part-time Cataloger with responsibility for the McDade Collection.

 

David Marks, formerly our Evening/Weekend Supervisor Public Services Librarian, left us this past spring to become director of the Hoyt Library, Kingston.

 

We also regret the passing away of Marshall Martin, Library Attendant, this past June. Marshall had been an employee of the Library for sixteen years, and his quiet wit and warm humor will be missed by all.
