Staff Changes

Several new staff members joined us over the summer. Patricia DeSarno is the new Secretary to the Library Director. Mary Kovalcin has joined us as Evening Library Systems Specialist. Linda Neyer is our new part-time adjunct Reference Librarian. Michael Boylan has joined the Circulation staff as a part-time clerk. Finally Rebecca Brolan is our new Humanities Acquisitions Clerk. Good luck to all! Leaving us is Michelle Fortune, formerly Secretary to the Library Director, and Eileen Rakauskas, former part-rime adjunct Reference Librarian.

 

Finally, we would like to note the passing of Helen Kelley, Reference Librarian from 1959 until her retirement in 1980. Mrs. Kelley is still fondly remembered by "old timers" at the University for her kind, gentle professionalism, Our sympathies are extended to her family, many of whom are alumni of the University.
