ILL And Acquisitions Have Gone Electronic

As of the new semester the interlibrary loan request form will be available electronically. This option will appear on our main menu both on the Library OPC terminals and through jaguar using LIBCAT connection. (Telnet to jaguar, login as yourself, and at the prompt, type LIBCAT.) ILL request forms will also continue to be available in the traditional paper format at the Reference Desk and in the ILL Office. Interlibrary loan services are available only to current University of Scranton faculty, administration, staff, and students. Most requests are filled within two to three weeks depending on the availability of the material and the accuracy of the request information.

 

An Electronic Book Acquisitions Suggestion Form will also be available for faculty, students, and staff of the University of Scranton. All suggestions will be forwarded to the appropriate Reference Librarian for consideration for library purchase. The suggestion form is to he used for book suggestions only.
