Flu Shot Clinic for Faculty & Staff
The University of Scranton Center for Health Education & Wellness in collaboration with Rite Aid will be offering an on-campus Flu Shot Clinic for employees on Friday, Oct 1st in the Long Center Lobby. Flu shots will be no cost for employees who participate in the University of Scranton health insurance plan. To receive a flu shot, you must register for an appointment time, bring a copy of your health insurance card and a completed Flu Shot Consent Form (below) to receive a flu shot.
The Flu Shot Consent Form must be completed prior to attending the Flu Shot Clinic. Please print a copy or pick up a hard copy outside of CHEW- TDC 205K
