Call for Student, University Community Arts & Crafts Vendors

The Weinberg Memorial Library is currently seeking applications for student and University community arts and crafts vendors for its 2013 annual book sale. The annual book sale is sponsored by the Friends of the Library and library staff and will be held in the library’s fifth-floor Heritage Room. The book sale will take place Friday, April 26 (preview sale for members and students), 4 to 9 p.m.; Saturday, April 27, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, April 28, noon to 4 p.m.   

Vendor applications are due by Friday, April 12, and vendors will be notified of acceptance on or before Friday, April 18. Approval of applications is space permitting, and the library reserves the right to reject any applicant.

The table space fee is $5 per day and is due via cash before table set-up each day. If a vendor would like table space for all three days, a discounted fee of $10 is available. The library is not responsible for the loss or damage to art/crafts. The vendors are required to properly staff their tables and are responsible for the sale and security of their merchandise.
