University of Scranton Graduate Returns to Deliver Neuroscience Program Lecture

Alexander J. Krupka, Ph.D., a 2008 graduate of The University of Scranton, will present “Delivery of Autologous Neurotrophin-producing Fibroblasts Promotes Locomotion in the Chronic Spinal Cat” at the University on Friday, Nov. 7. His talk, which is the University’s annual Neuroscience Lecture, begins at 3 p.m. in the PNC Auditorium of the Loyola Science Center.

After graduating from the University’s neuroscience program, he earned his Ph.D. in biology and biomedical sciences at Drexel University. Dr. Krupka is a post-doctoral fellow in the Bioengineering Department at the Temple University College of Engineering.

Dr. Krupka’s presentation is sponsored by the University’s Neuroscience Program. The lecture is free of charge and open to the public.
