{ 1 } - The hospital is a place of cure in which the medical staff provides diagnosis and treatment of the patients. As such it consists of healers and sick.
{ 2 } - The hospital is a thanatorium (place of death) as well as a sanatorium (place of curing) where people go to have new or old human lives that are dependent on them destroyed. As such it consists of killers and the killed.
{ 3 } - The hospital is a school in which there are teachers and researchers, with students and research staffs.
{ 4 } - It serves as a hotel or temporary residence for care or custody, and is divided into two groups, hosts and guests.

Although there is some occurance of this (in hospitals which perform abortions and euthanasia) it is not common. Abortions are often obtained in private "clinics" rather than hospitals, which, if they are Christian, refuse to perform them as well as "mercy" killings.
