Professional Biography

Attorney O'Connell has been a practicing attorney since 1982, in general practice focusing on business formation, bankruptcy, wills and estates and purchasing, sale and refinancing of real estate. He regularly contribute his services to Lackawanna Pro Bono, Inc., a non-profit organization that arranges for donation of professional legal services by attorneys in civil matters in Lackawanna County for financially disadvantaged individuals and families to promote equal justice under the law. He normally teaches Legal Environment of Business (MGT 251) and Law for Accountants (ACC 470).
