Research/Expertise
I am a registered dietitian/nutritionist (RD/N) and my research has focused on anthropometric and body composition changes in women, specifically post-menopausal women through meaningful exercise, specifically, short duration or high intensity interval training, commonly known as HIIT. My work has also included community-based participatory research via worksite interventions using wearable technology with overweight and obese, sedentary women.
