Expertise

Pavlick is the university's faculty athletics representative and was selected as the Rev. Paul R. Beining recipient for her outstanding service to student-athletes. She was also awarded the 2024 Provost's Enhancement Award for Integrating Mission and Justice into the Curriculum.

Pavlick focuses her upper-level classes on university mission by integrating Community-Based Learning projects that have been supported by grant funding. Pavlick's students have partnered with the Gino Merli Veterans Center, The Lackawanna Historical Society, Scranton Tomorrow and more.
