Graduate Students

To submit a master’s thesis to the Library, graduating students should:

  1. Download a copy of the ORAS thesis approval form and get it signed by your research mentor and advisory committee.
  2. Email one copy of the completed thesis to etheses@scranton.edu. Acceptable file extensions include .doc, .docx, .rtf, or .pdf. If you require the use of an alternative file format or submission method, please contact us at etheses@scranton.edu.
  3. Download a copy of the Student Scholarship Rights and Permission Form, fill out and electronically sign the form. Email the completed form, the ORAS form and a copy of your thesis to etheses@scranton.edu.

Once all materials have been received, the Library will forward a copy of the student's signed thesis approval form to the Office of the Registrar and Academic Services as confirmation of successful thesis submission. The Library will also send the student confirmation of receipt via email.
