Scranton Stories

Beginning in Fall 2021, the Slattery Center will begin telling the stories of the lives of the people who make our University run. Inspired by the richness and joy of the great Christmas video of 2020, this initiative cuts to the core of the Ignatian Humanities – telling the stories of our lives; learning about one another in order to improve our own lives and ways; and doing so conscious of the divine gift each person is. The first subject in this series of written and video stories will be Jim Gaffney, the Director of Management and Operations. The second will be Kelena Gonzalez, a food services employee with Aramark.
