Ignatian Humanities

#

The Ignatian Humanities program brings in speakers on a range of Ignatian topics, from the Spiritual Exercises as a template for pedagogy to utilizing the concept of cura personalis in pediatric healthcare. It offers seminars on Ignatian issues and values in conjunction with the University’s Jesuit Center; and its Ignatian Advisory Group consults on various Center initiatives. An annual Ignatian lecture, given by a Jesuit, will link Ignatian themes to campus, community, and civic life for students, faculty and staff, and alums. Other programming includes Ignatian Film Nights at the Center, a summer Ignatian book club for students, and virtual birthday parties for historic Jesuits.
