This award is given to a faculty member who makes specific, sustained, and creative efforts to adapt classic principles of Jesuit Pedagogy in their own courses. Dr. Stephen Whittaker is this years awardee. Dr. Whittaker, professor of English and Theatre, joined the faculty at Scranton in 1983. He earned his bachelor's, master's, and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Texas.
